I have received 5-6 robo calls in past 2-3 months, usually mid-morning. The recording clearly indicated ERC and that it was a debt collector; requested a call to 800-725-6518 and to provide a specific reference #. The short recording did not repeat the telephone or reference #, which made it nearly impossible to write it down or follow up on the request. Today 1/25/2016 I was able to get a pen and write it down. I called about 2:15p. The phone menu had an option to request removal of my number, even w/out speaking with any representative. I input my number w/area code and the automated system confirmed it had been removed. I shall watch my phone bill to make sure no unauthorized use has been or will be billed.

they call me all the time and i dont know how to stop it cinsidering their 'do not call' option is a load of bull. as of now, my only option is to block it thru verizon

I am trying to find this company. They sold my money out of the bank and I can't get it back., so I am trying to find them. Please help.

A guy name Jack Rogers said that he was from Walmart, and said that I am goin to recieve a gift card from walmart because they have a promotion going on. He asked for my bank card information.

caller left a message. much of the message was unintelligible, but I believe it was a debt collector. What i did understand was the callback number and that I had 24 hours to respond. I called back and the person who answered claimed they did not make outbound calls from that number. Based upon what I have seen on the internet, I believe that to be a lie.

left messages on both home phone numbers, claiming they needed to speak to me about an urgent matter. I called back and left message.

I just contacted Chase Bank. The man in customer service said all of their telephone numbers begin with 800. I think this is some type of scammer. If you call the number back (I blocked my ID) you'll just get a ringing phone and lots of static. Fishy. Just to be safe NEVER give any banking or personal information to these people without calling your bank FIRST!

REGARDING REFINANCING A HOME

I have 51 calls on my phone bill to this phone number. I would like to know what type of company it is and how I can block the calls. I also want to know how I can get help with paying this on my Verizon bill. Ms. R. Kendall
